ZG-100L Vacuum Ointment Making Machine

1. Introduction

Vacuum Ointment Making Machine widely used in making ointment like toothpaste,cosmetic,food and chemical products.The whole machine including ointment making machine,premixing pot,glue pot,powder pot,colloid pump and platform.
LINKER Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer Equipment is suitable for producing fruit juice, toothpaste, body lotion, shampoo, cream, milk liquid, and so on. It is widely used in chemical, cosmetic, food, electronic, etc. Its main systems are water pot, oil pot, emulsifying pot, vacuum system, lifting system, electric control system(PLC is optional), operation platform, etc.

2. Features

1)The ointment is produced in airtight container and operated in vacuum state
2)Equipped with stirring oar and scraper blade,complete no material stucking and blind angle.
3) Equipped with high speed homogenizer or colloid grinder,to make material more homogeneous and smooth.
4)It can apply one-step process to finish all the steps in ointment making machine,reduce the material loss significantly.
5) Equipped with material transportation system,automatic measurement and control system,contolled by computer to achieve ointment making automatically.

3.Structure features

1)High speed homogenizer installed on the bottle of the pot,rotate speed is 1450RPM,the interval of outer rotor and inner rotor is 1-2mm,the material will spurt from the homogenizer to the top after the material indraft from the bottle,to make the ointment more homogeneou
2)The scraper siring process is that the big scraper stiring in clockwise way and the small scraper in anticlockwise.The stiring speed is 6RPM and 12RPM,the material can be completely scrape down when the scraper start to stir,the tempreture can be transfered homogeneously and make the material up and down.
3)High speed homogenizer installed on the bottle of the pot,rotate speed is 1450RPM,the interval of outer rotor and inner rotor is 1-2mm,the material will spurt from the homogenizer to the top after the material indraft from the bottle,to make the ointment more homogeneou
4)The vacuum pump using the water sealed vacuum pump,and there is a buffer tank between the paste making pot and vacuum pump,to seperate the material which comes out occasionally.
5)The institution of hydraulic pressure risen and driven are both double column hydraulic differential,it is easy to make the check the paste in pot and overhual the parts.
6)The jacket cooling using the recycled water,the water pressure controlled under 0.3Mpa,and the temperature is controlled by the system.
7)The discharge hole is in the bottle of the paste making pot,the flow quantity of colloid pump is more than 100L/min.
